The Domiciliary Care Worker describes what is expected of home care workers. It offers tailored, practical guidance to guide and support you in your work. It builds on the Code of Professional Practice for Social Care and may be used by Social Care Wales to illustrate a breach of the Code. Providing support in people’s homes can bring about unique challenges, often working alone and unsupervised. This bilingual guidance is here to help and refer to at all times.
