CBT can help people with depression by giving you tools to challenge the negative thoughts and override them with more realistic and positive thought processes. CBT is also used to help many more psychological problems. In some cases, other forms of therapy used at the same time may be recommended for best results. DOES IT WORK FOR TRAUMA? If you have been diagnosed with PTSD, your provider may have suggested CBT. But if you were diagnosed with cPTSD, your medical professional may prefer you to use a DBT program.     Really love it, helpful. Wonderful advice At the moment it is not working. ‚failed to generate advice‘. App and iOS are up to date, logged out and in… still the same. Changing back to five stars once the issue is fixed :)

    Die App kann man größtenteils kostenlos nutzen und sie hat mir jetzt schon so oft geholfen, wenn es mir schlecht ging. Ich finde sie ist ein toller Ausgleich, wenn man nicht zur Therapie möchte aber trotzdem was für seine mentale Gesundheit machen will. Der Aufbau und die Struktur ist prima und es gibt tolle praktische Tipps. Einfach fantastisch

    Canceling the subscription is a real pain, when I go in “manage my subscription” in the app, the cancel button isn’t there. The Bloom subscription doesn’t appear in my Apple ID. So I have an annual subscription and it’s impossible for me to undo it. If I try to delete the account it says “active subscription! If you delete the account the subscription will remain active, please cancel it through your iPhone Apple ID”, but as I said I don’t see it there. What is this SCAM? It’s really easy to grab all our credit card details but incredibly difficult to cancel the subscription! And remember that you are taking advantage of people who are suffering.. try to be fair at least! The app is also quite expensive too for what it does. If I say that I’m extremely happy, it starts a video that tells me to look into myself, because I’m feeling sad deep down. This is unacceptable. You like to keep the users in your trap and greedily harvest money. Solve this cancel subscription asap otherwise I will call a lawyer…

    Very helpful mental health app. I love Mike’s voice because he is calming ne each time riggt away. All videos are helpful and there are many options to choose of. I enjoy the small videos for the morning: self-compassion, art therapy, intention of the day and gratitude. Also the programs are good and you can search videos to special topics. It was worth the price for a year!

    I never write any reviews and this is my first one. The app really makes you feel like it’s perfectly okay to take time for yourself, work through tough emotions and just ease into „being“, instead of just „existing“. The courses are not too long nor too short 👍🏻. The coaches gently guide you through the practice and give off a very „down to earth“ kind of vibe. No further pressure, no additional stress, you choose the tempo 🫶🏻 Unlike other CBT apps, this one actually offers very reasonable subscription prices! I was really surprised 😮. It finally feels like I can afford to care for my mental health! Keep it up!

    Not knowing what i could expect but being open toward giving it a try - this app makes sense in it‘s delivery and construction. It is merely a fraction of a price for „regular therapy“-session to have it for a whole year (!). In my case it is both time and money i need to save; as well as anxiety that keeps me from heading to a therapist again. I‘ve been on a seat numerous times with mixed results as i‘ve left a therapist before any serious decluttering may have taken place, cause there seems to be so much of it. This app keeps the issues that are worth working on and puts them into little programs that are easy to digest, so i have the feeling that i can unwind everyday a tiny bit instead of feeling „overwhelmed by my iceberg“. The approach i hope to resolve most baggage is best to be found in reading the right supplementsry books to correct my mindset, write a journal to get to know my thoughts more deeply and support my findings with this app. The app in itself won‘t fill all the spaces… but it‘s a great reminder and first aid kit for anyone who is looking for serious help. Both speakers are very charismatic and endearing, which grounds me a lot. I am grateful that this app exists and hope for it to be extended in it‘s function and longevity. Thank You.

    I love this app as I tend to have intrusive thoughts and I’m not always sure how to cope with that. Bloom is definitely calming me down and gives perspective. Thank you ❤️
  • Too many bugs / app crashes

    Again and again improvements are promised by the support, but unfortunately nothing changes. It is purely a stalling tactic. For 5 months the bugs seem to become more with every update. E.g. the app crashes everytime you try to open settings or if you want to see your notes or history. Some habits stay on day 1 forever. In this state the app is not usable.

    First of all, I love the app and use it daily for 53 Days now. I paid the yearly subscription. Sadly you can’t use most of the features, as there are so many bugs. E.g. you can use the daily habits only onces, once the 14 day series is done you can’t do it again, only day one till eternity. Also the counters don’t work and if you write down your day and click on certain things that you feel or experienced, the app ignores your choice and saves different choices. That is super annoying. Would not recommend the app in the current state even though the idea is amazing
