    I really like the app but would definitely appreciate it if it was optimised for iPads. Otherwise the videos are difficult to see and workouts aren’t easy to follow :)

    Love the idea. But I have no words for how bad this app is. -Home Workouts require equipment -Choose home and you’ll still be suggested gym workouts regularly -Workouts unclear -Reps unclear - unclear how many rounds are expected -Just honestly infuriating when you try to workout with this app - there’s a chat section where lots of people complain … I really wanted to like this app but I am simply utterly disappointed.

    I enjoy the workouts but the app is glitching a lot and not working properly. The meal plan is not showing and I contacted customer service about it and they haven’t done anything to resolve it. Don’t waste your money.

    Aufgrund der geschlossenen Gyms im Deutschland bin ich total aus meiner Sportroutine raus und da es gerade einen Sale gab, hab ich mir die die App geholt. Es ist definitiv einfacher, die Übungen zu befolgen und motiviert mich, anstatt mir selbst ein Training ausdenken zu müssen. Auch die Rezepte sind ganz nett. Aber ich wünschte man könnte die Workouts mich etwas mehr modifizieren und nicht nur bei einem Home-Leg Burn zu einem Gym-Workout wechseln/es austauschen. Außerdem sind die 5 Sekunden Pause zwischen den Übungen teilweise zu kurz, wenn man noch das Band abnehmen muss oder Ähnliches. Sehr stressig und man verliert ja Trainingszeit. Außerdem wünschte ich, man könnte angeben, was man zuhause hat. Ich hab die Bänder von Shreddy und mir neulich Gewicht geholt, aber es gibt kaum Übungen mit Gewichten und das ist sehr schade. Zu guter letzt finde ich es problematisch, dass ein Zirkel mit Donkey Kicks zum Beispiel 3x wiederholt wird. Dadurch wird eine Seite automatisch mehr trainiert, was nicht förderlich für ein gleichmäßiges Ergebnis ist. Da wären dann 4 Sets pro Zirkel besser. Ich werde das Abo von 3 Monaten nicht verlängern.

    The app in general is okay, I would’ve liked to have a more extensive warmup/cool down sessions which actually gradually prepare you for the workout. It also can have an improved UIUX (e.g. bigger start/pause buttons, a beep when a set starts, not only when it ends, a preview before starting the workout to see what I can do or what I’ll need to substitute, etc.) but my biggest pain is the constant jump between the website and the app. I can’t manage my subscription through the app, the the desktop is buggy and it’s just not as friendly as I expected it to be :(

    This is such a good app - makes it really easy to follow along! Don’t think I’ve actually stuck to a program for this long ever :) What would be great though would be if there was some sort of sound alert when the next exercise/circuit starts :)

    Ich find die App super. Sie motiviert mich mit dem Sport durch zuziehen. nur schade dass man das Workout nicht kurz pausieren kann.
