    In the past I could use it without a membership. Now you Need to pay to do something. I would never bought the piano…. Wasted money!

  • Not usable, cannot create account, no support

    Unfortunately, I cannot create an account from the website. It says „Network error“ and I shall contact support. I did contact support but nobody is answering for days. Since the product requires a user account to be working (why btw?) my expensive toy is useless. I would not recommend to buy this product until such a simple but major issue is fixed (try to create an account on the website before buying) and the company has a professional support team.

    Wo sind die aktuellen Lieder? Wo ist mein vorbestellter Gutschein .? Habe LUMI seit Dezember und hab es bisher nur 20 Minuten genutzt da ich kein Zugang bekommen habe als vorbestellen und ich nur die klassischen Lieder zur Verfügung bekomme. Aktuelle Lieder lassen sich nichteinmal suchen... Edit 19.02. Jetzt bekomme ich eine Antwort mit einer Entscheidung (erstmal ja nett) und werde zur Supportseite verwiesen ... und jetzt wird richtig Frust entfacht ... ich klicke mich durch die Support fragen tippe alle möglichen Nummern ein . Es wird nach bestell Nummer Serien Nummer herstelldatum usw gefragt... dann tippe ich ausverschämte zwei mal auf weiter, möchte daraufhin zurück und alle meine Eingaben sind weg... danke für das tolle Support Angebot .... ... mein LUMI werd ich weiter nicht benutzen, da ich das Teil nicht nur für Klassik gekauft hab... und noch immer kein Zugang zu aktuellen Songs hab ... ist die App nicht geöffnet lässt sich kein Ton ab spielen ... die Farben können nicht konfiguriert werden ... was kann ich mit dem Teil eigentlich machen . Es gibt nicht mal n Modus für Kinder dass die bisschen klimpern können ... echt schade um ein Gerät mit soviel potenzial

  • Getting better with every update but some features still missing

    Update: -scrolling through the lessons now works great with the new update! Really improving here ☺️ -the lessons seem to work perfectly fine now! -Play slow is also working now on iPhone 12 mini -also really like the feature to choose to play with both hands on 2 lumis! Now it’s more like 4.5 ⭐️ Would love to see more songs coming! Especially some Dermot Kennedy songs, think they would work awesome for beginners! And the ability to create your own songs would be awesome too. keep it up guys👌 I really love the idea of the LUMI and it makes a lot of fun to play and learn. I’m a total beginner and it really motivates me. The app on the other hand is still pretty buggy... 1) for me the “play slow” (0.25/0.5/0.75) doesn’t work on the iPhone 12 mini and also not on the iPhone SE (1.Gen.). Don’t have an iPad to try it out there. 2) in some lessons it says “early” or “late” even if I hit the notes perfectly on time. Other lessons work perfectly fine. 3) today I had multiple crashes Things which should be implemented cause they’ve been advertised as well in the past: 1) enable getting own songs into the LUMI app! 2) choose between playing chords and harmonies. We really need the ability to play the full chords for the songs! Often just the “singing part” can be played, but it would be more interesting to play the chords cause I want to sing to it by myself. 3) enable night mode for the app and not just when connected to a DAW. 4)enable scrolling in the lessons!!! This is really essential! As said, I’m pretty happy with my LUMI, but the app has to improve!

    The App runs great on my iPad 6th generation and makes learning piano really fun. Here are some things that could be improved further regarding the lessons: -One thing is that for some parts a metronome is missing - when that is intended, it would be great if it could be turned on by the user, as in the songs -It would be nice if parts could be looped automatically -The “preview illumination” of the keys is only utilized some times ...Last but not least, thanks a lot for the recent update that improved a lot of aspects and brought nice new content. It is good to see that the App is still being improved and that you care about user feedback. ❤️ Btw: Maybe a public issue tracker for feature requests would be good idea.

    IPhone 6S (iOS 14.4) LUMI App öffnet nicht und schließt nach ~15 Sekunden wieder. Beim ersten mal müßte ich Bluetooth erlauben... aber er finden die 2 LUMI-Keyboards nicht (die schön blau hin und her leuchten)

  • Great idea, but lots of work to be done

    I love my Lumi, but it could be so much better! This is not rocket science, just adopt the tried and true principles of games „Rock Band“ and „Guitar Hero“, for example: Enable video calibration to remove small time lag with external screen (really annoying!) Enable looping of specific sub-sections in practice mode. This really is a must-have for longer/ more complicated songs!! Other issues: Improve dynamics from a binary model to enable at least three or four different degrees of loudness. In lessons, enable scrolling or jumping to the song at the end of the exercise for repetitions!

    Nach dem etwas enttäuschenden Start (App stürzte bei Verbindungen mit dem LUMI immer ab.) bin ich nun hellauf begeistert! Es macht Spaß damit zu spielen und zu lernen.
