Each recipe stores times, ingredients, step-by-step instructions, a photo, notes, dietary tags, nutrition, and your star rating. Change the servings and every quantity scales. Every recipe stays fully editable, so tweak it to your family's taste. Search your library or filter by meal type, rating, time, or diet, and share a recipe with another MealBound user, email it, or print it. DISCOVER NEW RECIPES Browse recipes from online recipe databases with nutrition, dietary tags, and serving size, then save any discovery to your collection with one tap. PLAN YOUR WEEK Assign meals to every breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack slot on a scrollable day-by-day planner. Auto-Plan fills your week in one tap. It avoids recent repeats for as long as you choose, skips slots you've marked busy or eating out, and keeps weekend-only recipes for the weekend. Copy Last Week repeats a plan you liked, filling only empty slots. Re-roll a day you don't like, or print your week at a glance for the fridge. LEFTOVERS NIGHT Mark any meal as leftovers, with suggestions from the last two nights' dinners, or choose a leftovers night for Auto-Plan to leave open. Leftovers add nothing to your grocery list. COOK STEP BY STEP Start Cooking turns a recipe into one big, clear step at a time, with the screen kept awake while your hands are busy. Times written in a step, like "simmer 20 minutes," become one-tap timers. Run several at once and get an alert even when MealBound is in the background. SMART GROCERY LISTS Generate a list from your planned meals, or build one by voice or with quick-add chips. Ingredients are merged so you never buy duplicates. Lists group into store sections like Produce, Dairy, and Pantry, in the order you walk the store, and you can change any item's aisle.
