HPMAX is an application focused on income and expense management. It integrates overview, reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and analysis into a cohesive workflow. Users can import payment screenshots, then crop, rotate, and link multiple supporting documents. Leveraging optical character recognition (OCR), geometric correction, spatial analysis, and monetary constraints, the app extracts key data—such as dates, counterparties, line items, and actual amounts paid—while preserving the original spatial positioning of each field. Tapping a field reveals its source; any corrections automatically update the summary, while previously confirmed data remains intact. Discounts, surcharges, and taxes are accounted for separately, and any unexplained discrepancies are clearly flagged—the app never alters figures simply to force a balance. Income, expenses, transfers, and refunds are recorded independently, with categorizations tracked down to the exact cent. Data is visualized through area charts for balance trends, donut charts for category breakdowns, bar charts for period-over-period expense comparisons, and waterfall charts for payment flow analysis. The app supports the resumption of batch tasks, enables bidirectional cross-referencing between ledger entries and original source documents, and allows for data export for local archiving.
